Crystal2 — 0.6.7 · Video clips

Client 2.44 lets you show what happens in the game instead of describing it: record a short video and send it to a friend - or to our team with your ticket.

Record a video

• Press the new camera button next to the microphone in Messages. The window steps aside and a bar at the top of the screen shows the time.
• Up to 30 seconds of the game, the interface included. F12 or Stop ends it. No sound is recorded.

Send it, or record again

• When it is done, choose Send the video or Record again.
• It works in whispers and in group chats.

Watch it in the game

• A video shows in the talk as Video 0:24 - click to watch. It plays in a small window in the game, or in your browser.
• Friends who have not updated yet get a link that opens it in the browser.

Videos for Support

• Found a bug? Next to the three screenshot slots in the Support window there is now a camera slot. The video goes with your ticket or reply, and our team watches it right there.

Videos in Messages are kept 7 days, like pictures; up to 5 videos an hour.

Client 2.44 arrives automatically through the launcher.
