Crystal2 — 0.7.0 · Haunted Gates: three Halloween dungeons
Three cursed gates have opened in Yongan, Joan and Pyungmoo. Behind each one waits a dungeon built for this Halloween: rooms full of the restless dead, pumpkins that hide a treat or a trick, and a boss that does not go down quietly. Go alone or bring up to four friends.
Three dungeons, three nights
Pumpkin Hollow
A harvest moon over a field of pumpkins. Fight through The Withered Field and The Pumpkin Patch to The Harvester's Barn, where The Masked Harvester waits.
Hexwood Coven
A crescent over the violet forest where the coven gathers. Cross The Rotting Glade and the Circle of Lanterns to face Grand Witch Morwenna in her clearing.
Reaper's Eclipse
A red eclipse over the graveyard. Five rooms, from The Ossuary to the Throne Under the Eclipse, where The Pale Reaper holds court.
How to enter
- Collect Skeleton Keys. While the Halloween festival runs, Metin stones drop them: Easy keys from the stones up to level 70, Medium from level 70 to 90, Hard from level 90 to 105.
- Find Jack. Talk to Jack Pumpkin in your capital and press Haunted Gates, or step through the glowing Haunted Gate next to him.
- Gather your party. The party leader picks a gate. The ready check shows who is close by, alive, in the level range and carrying the keys - every member pays the gate's keys as the party enters.
- Beat the clock. Clear every room before the time runs out. Your time decides your grade - S, A or B - and each gate has a 60-minute cooldown from the moment you enter.
Treat or Trick?
Every dungeon starts with a room full of monsters, then a room of haunted pumpkins. Break them all - but each one hides something. A Treat pays Ghost Lanterns, gives the party a burst of speed, takes 30 seconds off the clock or makes it rain Halloween Pumpkins. A Trick unleashes a horde, calls a miniboss, puts the lights out, or brings the pumpkin back to life. Listen closely: under half health a pumpkin whispers an omen of what it hides.

The Masked Harvester, Grand Witch Morwenna and The Pale Reaper
Each boss has its own arena and its own voice - they will tell you what they think of you. At 75, 50 and 25% health the lights go out and their servants come. At half health each one raises a soul shield: break the three Soul Pumpkins around it, or it will not take a scratch. And they heal over time, so keep the pressure on.
Surprises along the way

Ghost Lanterns and the Gate Keeper's Wares
Every clear pays Ghost Lanterns - more for an S grade and for your first clear of the day. Spend them at Jack Pumpkin, in the new Gate Keeper's Wares tab:
The bosses carry their own loot too - The Pale Reaper can drop the Hai Sash (noble) - and the bosses of Hexwood Coven and Reaper's Eclipse can drop a moon ring:
Nine new titles
The Blood Moon
The Blood Moon rises over the capitals. Every gate's boss takes its Blood Moon form - the Blood Moon Harvester, Blood Moon Morwenna and the Blood Moon Reaper - and every clear pays double Ghost Lanterns. Clear a gate under the Blood Moon to earn the Moonslayer title.
The launcher brings your game up to client 2.56 by itself the next time you start it. The Skeleton Keys only drop while the Halloween festival runs, and from 1 to 7 November the Haunted Gates window shows your Halloween: your clears, your best times and the titles you earned.
